About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to manage client requirements and coordinate IT, IoT and manufacturing projects from requirement gathering to implementation and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client business and technical requirements.
• Interact with customers and factory teams to identify problems and requirements.
• Convert business requirements into clear functional requirements.
• Coordinate with Software, IoT, QA and Implementation teams.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, process flows and user stories.
• Track development, testing, UAT and implementation.
• Conduct client demos and collect feedback.
• Manage requirement changes and project communication.
• Support factory/site visits, implementation and final handover.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
• Good understanding of software applications, APIs, databases and SDLC.
• Basic knowledge of IoT, Industry 4.0, PLCs, sensors and machine connectivity is preferred.
• Ability to work with both clients and technical teams.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science / Business Administration or related field.

Someone who can understand a customer's problem, convert it into a technology requirement, coordinate with technical teams and ensure successful project delivery.
