Job Description

Voyd Interiors is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Business Development cum Sales Executives to handle marketing-generated leads, meet clients, understand their requirements and convert opportunities into successful interior projects.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to build a career in sales are also welcome. Comprehensive training will be provided by the company on our interior solutions, products, packages, customer handling and sales process.

Marketing-generated leads will be provided by the company. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, present suitable interior solutions and convert leads into successful projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Follow up with marketing-generated leads.
• Meet customers and understand their requirements.
• Visit client locations when required.
• Explain interior solutions, packages and services.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate and close sales.
• Maintain regular customer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the design team until project handover.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• 0-5 years of experience in Real Estate, Property Sales, Residential/Commercial Sales, Construction, Interior Sales, Field Sales or Business Development.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome.
• Willingness to learn and undergo company-provided training.
• Comfortable with client meetings and field visits.
• Target-oriented with good customer-handling skills.
• Basic MS Office/CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
