Position: Business Analyst
Department: Business Goals / CEO Office
Reporting To: MD / CEO
Role Purpose
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing, monitoring, tracking and driving
business performance across key functions of Hustle Hub. The role will work closely with
Finance, Projects & Design, Operations, RM, Sales, Purchase & Stores, Technology, Legal and
other departments to provide management with accurate business insights, performance reports
and actionable recommendations.
The role will act as a central point for business data analysis, KPI tracking, MIS reporting,
cross-functional coordination and performance monitoring, ensuring that business
objectives are achieved within defined timelines.
Key Business Areas
The Business Analyst will analyse and monitor the following key areas:
Immediate Revenue (IR): TDS, Accounts Receivable, Renewals & Increments.
Enhance Revenue (ER): Comprehensive Tenant Connect (CTC), Tenant Client Media
(TCM), Sales Experience Enhancement (SEE).
Contract Data: Tenant Contract Data (TCD) and Tenant Refunds (TR).
Operational Control: Command Centre Setup (CCS), Flap Barrier (FBB) and
Warehouse (WH).
Project Control: Project-to-Store (P2S) and project execution tracking.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and analyse a centralized Business Goals MIS/dashboard covering targets,
owners, timelines, current status, percentage completion and pending actions.
Analyse Target vs. Actual performance and identify gaps, trends, risks and
improvement areas.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for management review.
Track business KPIs, revenue opportunities, collections, renewals, increments, tenant
engagement, contract data, refunds and project timelines.
Coordinate with department owners to collect accurate and timely business data.

Identify delays, bottlenecks and performance gaps and highlight them to
management.
Follow up on pending action items and monitor them until closure.
Prepare management dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility into business
performance and goal achievement.
Analyse business data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to
support decision-making.
Coordinate management review meetings and maintain action trackers.
Ensure commitments made during management reviews are assigned to the respective
owners and tracked until completion.
Work closely with multiple departments to ensure data accuracy, timely reporting and
effective execution of business goals.
Support senior management with ad-hoc business analysis, reports and
performance-related requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Advanced MS Excel and MIS skills.
Strong data analysis and dashboard preparation abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong follow-up, coordination and communication skills.
Ability to analyse large datasets and convert data into actionable business insights.
Good understanding of KPIs, targets, business performance and reporting.
Ability to work with multiple departments and senior management.
Knowledge of ERP systems will be an advantage.
Knowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence tools will be an advantage.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.

35 years of experience in Business Analysis, MIS, Business Operations, PMO,
Business Analytics, Management Reporting or similar roles.
