Job Summary

SMFG India Credit is hiring Executive / Senior Executive – Bureau Desk Customer Support to manage customer queries and service requests related to credit bureau reports, credit scores, loan accounts, and bureau disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to credit bureau reports, credit scores, and loan accounts.
• Manage bureau disputes, correction requests, and customer complaints.
• Coordinate with internal teams and credit bureaus for timely resolution.
• Track cases and ensure closure within defined SLA/TAT.
• Handle escalations and provide accurate resolutions.
• Maintain case records and prepare MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and data confidentiality.
• Identify recurring issues and support process improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in Customer Support, Banking, NBFC, Fintech, Credit Operations, or Bureau Desk.
• Knowledge of CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, or CRIF will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good problem-solving, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
