Designation-

• Customer Support Associate (L2).

Job Profile-

• Have to resolute customers query Voice Call

Mandatory Criteria-

• Min HS Passed.
• Fresher & experienced both can apply
• Excellent verbal communication skill in English & Hindi without major MTI for Voice

Process

• Customer orientation.
• Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
• 10 hours of the day, (9hrs. work and 1 hour break)
• Should have a typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy

Interview Structure-

• HR round - General check.
• Typing Test
• Client Round

Payouts

• Salary for minimum 12 months experience candidate 2.30 LPA 14.2 k in-hand (Approx)
• Fresher- 2.05 LPA 12.4 k in-hand (Approx)
• 100% fixed salary
