Branch Handling Role & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the recruitment/staffing branch.
• Handle complete branch recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection and joining.
• Manage client requirements and ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and support new client acquisition.
• Handle bulk hiring and staffing operations for manufacturing, automotive, engineering and other non-IT sectors.
• Lead and monitor the recruitment team, allocate requirements and track individual performance.
• Set and monitor daily/weekly recruitment targets for the team.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure continuous candidate mobilisation.
• Coordinate with clients regarding manpower deployment, attendance, replacement and joining requirements.
• Monitor joining ratio, offer-to-join conversion, attrition and replacement requirements.
• Conduct regular field visits, recruitment drives and client visits where required.
• Coordinate with Head Office regarding MIS, recruitment status, billing, payroll and operational issues.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly branch performance reports.
• Ensure branch activities are completed as per company processes, compliance and recruitment SOPs.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the branch revenue and profitability targets.
• Resolve candidate/client issues and ensure smooth manpower deployment and service delivery.
