Branch Manager Gold Loan | NBFC

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations and Gold Loan business growth.
• Achieve branch sales, disbursement, portfolio and revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate and monitor the branch sales & operations team.
• Drive new customer acquisition, repeat business and customer retention.
• Ensure proper gold appraisal, documentation, KYC, disbursement and collection processes.
• Monitor branch productivity, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance and audit requirements.
• Handle customer queries, escalations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Conduct regular team reviews and take corrective actions to achieve business targets.
• Maintain branch security and safe custody of gold as per company guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in Gold Loan / NBFC / Banking.
• Strong sales, team handling and branch management skills.
• Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of Gold Loan products, operations and compliance preferred.
