Walk-in || Branch Co-Ordinator / Data Analyst

Role & responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
  
• Analyze sales, operational, and business performance data to generate actionable insights.
  
• Monitor key business metrics and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
  
• Coordinate with OEM partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Cisco, Dell, VMware, and other technology vendors for business opportunities, certifications, training, and partner programs.
  
• Track partner incentives, registrations, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  
• Support sales teams with partner-led opportunities, quotations, proposals, and documentation.
  
• Manage branch operations, administrative activities, and customer support functions.
  
• Maintain records, contracts, agreements, and operational documentation.
  
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
  
• Prepare management reports and assist in business planning and decision-making.
  
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and operational processes.
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MIS Reporting, and Data Analysis.
  
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools preferred.
  
• Good understanding of CRM and business management systems.
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
