JOB REQUIREMENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (HINDI VOICE PROCESS)
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Outbound Voice Call Process. Selected candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, providing relevant information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with customers professionally and clearly.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain proper call quality and meet process targets.
- Follow company guidelines and maintain customer records.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Graduation is mandatory.- fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in rotational shift
SALARY
16,000 - 18,000 Take-home
20,000 to 22,000 CTC
