Roles & Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.

* Resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns efficiently.

* Provide accurate information about products and services.

* Maintain customer records and update details in the CRM system.

* Follow company guidelines, call scripts, and quality standards.

* Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets.

* Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned department.

* Ensure a positive customer experience and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

* Qualification: Graduate.

* Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

* Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi, depending on the process.

* Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

* Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

* Willingness to work in the assigned shift timings.
