Walk-in || Boiler Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boilers, steam systems and associated equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor boiler parameters including steam pressure, temperature, water level, fuel consumption and feed-water parameters.
• Operate and monitor boiler feed pumps, fuel systems, blowdown systems, deaerator and other auxiliary equipment.
• Carry out routine inspection of boiler equipment and identify abnormalities or potential breakdowns.
• Maintain proper boiler operating conditions as per SOPs and safety standards.
• Perform routine checks of fuel, water, steam and combustion systems.
• Carry out boiler start-up, shutdown and changeover procedures as per established guidelines.

Maintain operational logs, pressure/temperature readings and daily boiler records.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate from water industry should be preferred.
