Job Summary

Lanson Toyota is looking for skilled and motivated Body Shop Technicians to join our growing Body & Paint team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automobile body repair, denting, dismantling, fitting, and accident repair work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform denting, body repair, dismantling, and refitting of vehicles.
• Carry out accident repair and body restoration as per Toyota standards.
• Inspect damaged vehicle parts and identify the required repair or replacement.
• Ensure proper alignment, fitting, and finishing of body panels.
• Work closely with the Body Shop Supervisor, Service Advisors, and Paint Team.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and complete jobs within the committed timeline.
• Follow safety procedures and workshop standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and equipment.
• Ensure customer vehicles are handled carefully and professionally.

Candidate Profile

• ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• Experience in automobile body repair / denting is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in Toyota, Maruti, Hyundai, Tata, Mahindra, or other reputed automobile workshops are welcome.
• Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also be considered.
• Good technical knowledge and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet productivity targets.
