Walk-in || BIM Engineer-Fresher/Experienced

Role Overview:

We are looking for BIM Engineers (Freshers & Experienced) who are passionate about faade engineering, digital design workflows, and BIM-based project delivery.

This role involves Revit modelling, faade detailing, coordination, and drawing production for complex building envelope systems.

Key Responsibilities:

BIM Modelling & Design

• Develop Revit-based BIM models (LOD 100 500)
  
• Prepare faade models (unitized, stick, cladding systems)
  
• Generate shop drawings and detailed design drawings from BIM
  

Faade Engineering Integration

• Work on systems like:
  
• Curtain Wall (Unitized / Stick)
  
• Structural Glazing / Spider Systems
  
• ACP / Cladding / Louvers / Skylights
  
• Support faade design development and detailing
  

Coordination & Collaboration

• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural & MEP teams
  
• Participate in clash detection (Navisworks / BIM 360)
  
• Interface with consultants, contractors, and fabricators
  

Documentation & Deliverables

• Prepare:
  
• GA drawings
  
• Detailed drawings
  
• As-built documentation
  
• Submittals
