Walk-in || Billing / Planning Engineer & Quantity Surveyor

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans and progress against targets.
• Prepare BOQs, detailed quantity estimates and quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Verify site measurements and prepare RA Bills / contractor bills.
• Review and certify contractor measurements and billing documents.
• Conduct rate analysis and support estimation, tendering and cost evaluation.
• Monitor project costs, quantities, material consumption and budget.
• Track project progress and prepare DPR, MIS and management reports.
• Coordinate with project, execution, consultants, contractors and billing teams.
• Identify variations, extra items and deviations and maintain proper records.
• Prepare material reconciliation and assist in cost control.
• Ensure billing and quantities are aligned with approved drawings, BOQs and work orders.
• Support project planning, resource monitoring and timely completion of works.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred; Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered based on experience.
• 815 years of relevant experience in planning, billing, quantity surveying and cost control.
• Experience in large-scale construction, hospital, medical college, institutional or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis, RA bills, contractor billing, measurements and quantity reconciliation.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 / MS Project, AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contracts and work orders.
• Strong analytical, coordination and reporting skills.
• Candidates with experience handling large-value projects and multiple contractors will be preferred.
