Walk-in || Billing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and fast-paced Billing Executive to manage invoicing operations for GCC countries from our India COE. The role involves accurate invoice processing, handling billing disputes, coordinating with regional teams, and ensuring timely resolution of invoicing issues while maintaining high accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage invoice generation and billing activities for GCC countries in a timely and accurate manner
• Verify shipment, pricing, and operational details before processing invoices
• Handle invoice disputes, identify discrepancies, rectify issues quickly, and ensure corrected invoices are shared within defined timelines
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and regional teams to resolve billing-related queries efficiently
• Maintain accurate invoicing records, reconciliation reports, and system updates with strong attention to detail
• Track pending invoices and support collections team for payment follow-ups
• Ensure high accuracy, fast turnaround time, and adherence to invoicing SOPs and processes

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in invoicing, billing, or finance operations
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and billing processes
• Strong attention to detail, speed, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Prior experience in logistics or GCC operations is preferred
