Walk-in || Billing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end medical billing processes for US healthcare provider accounts.
• Perform payment posting, charge entry, refund processing, and demographic (DEM) entry.
• Post insurance and patient payments accurately based on EOBs/ERAs.
• Review and process adjustments, refunds, and write-offs as per guidelines.
• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies and billing-related issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Follow client guidelines and HIPAA compliance requirements.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Mandatory experience in end-to-end medical billing.
• Hands-on experience in Payment Posting, Charge Entry, Refunds, and DEM Entry.
• Good knowledge of US healthcare/medical billing processes.
• Basic understanding of EOB, ERA, CPT, and ICD codes.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
