Job Summary: We are hiring energetic and communication-savvy candidates for the role of Inbound Customer Service Associate. You will be responsible for contacting potential/existing customers, explaining products or services, resolving basic queries, and driving conversions.

This is a customer service-oriented voice process based out of our Kolkata office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls of customers.
• Services clearly and handle customer objections
• Achieve daily/weekly individual performance
• Maintain customer data and update call outcomes in the system
• Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times
• Coordinate with team leads for feedback and performance improvement
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education - 12th Pass or Graduate
• Experience - Freshers & Experienced can apply
• Language - Must be fluent in Bhojpuri + Hindi or Bhojpuri + English
• Skills - Good communication, basic computer knowledge, willingness to work in a flexible shifts environment having great translation skill.

Shift & Work Details

• Work Mode - Work from Office only
• Shifts - Rotational shifts as per process requirement
• Week Off - Rotational (6 days working, 1 day R. W/O)
  

Compensation:

• Bhojpuri and Hindi: CTC 13.4k
• Bhojpuri and English: CTC 15 K
