Job Role and Description.

Counseling

Conduct teleconsultations or in-person counseling for preventive health checkups

Analyse the current format of counseling and share inputs on improvisation

Counseling done- Add on test suggested- Understand if there is scope to add more tests

Quality Assessment to be done

Understanding customer needs and satisfaction level

Logical end - Detect early signs and abnormalities-> Suggest preventive steps/ Tests -> Follow up 3- 6 months-> Gather testimonials

Product Enhancement/ Development

Need to target products to be released as per business requirements
Basis trends in the customer health data suggest new tests and packages

Analyse Checkup reports

Review the health checkup reports

Detect abnormalities

Technology

Sharing observations and scope of improvisation basis current way of capturing

AI in diagnosis

Easier system navigation for doctors if needed

Genetics

Supporting the Genetics stake holders from a doctor point of view

Attending Keep Opinion Leaders( KOL)

Genetics Reports - Summary to be reviewed , authenticated and signed.

OPDs

To handle Walkins - 1 hour daily/ as and when required

Corporate

Package Enhancements basis Corporate profiling

Validate reports received from various healthcare providers

Counseling to be done basis requests received

Health Assessment letters to be signed

Market Intelligence

Industry trends related to the medical technology , prevention, AI in diagnosis

Monitor competitor offerings

Content

Create or validate medical content used for health reports, apps, websites, or awareness materials

Training

Train internal / external stakeholders

Handle medical grievances or escalations

Health Friend

Review hospitalization documents , discharge summaries to determine appropriate treatment and charges levied.
