Job Opening: Bench Sales Recruiter (Freshers welcome)

We are hiring enthusiastic freshers for the role of Bench Sales Recruiter. Candidates with basic knowledge of OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H1B, and US IT Recruitment processes are encouraged to apply.

Role: Bench Sales Recruiter

Experience: 0-2 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Location: Mansoorabad

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

Timing: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST

Responsibilities:

Work with consultants on OPT, STEM OPT, H1B, and GC visas

Market IT consultants to implementation partners and vendors

Maintain relationships with vendors and clients

Coordinate interviews and follow up with consultants

Update consultant profiles and maintain databases

Requirements:

Basic understanding of US visa terms (OPT/STEM OPT/CPT/H1B)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to learn Bench Sales and US Staffing
