Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our US Staffing team as Bench Sales Recruiters. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in the US IT Staffing industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Market and place available consultants on client requirements.
• Search and identify suitable job opportunities through various job portals and vendor networks.
• Submit consultant profiles to vendors and clients based on job requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
• Coordinate interviews between consultants and clients.
• Follow up on interview schedules, feedback, and placement status.
• Maintain consultant and client information in the ATS/database.
• Negotiate rates and employment terms with vendors and clients.
• Track daily submissions, interviews, and placements.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Any Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA (HR/Marketing) or any graduate degree.
• Basic understanding of US Staffing is an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
