Walk-in || Bench Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants with work authorizations such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD and US Citizens to vendors, clients, MSPs, and implementation partners.
• Identify suitable requirements through job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, emails, and other sourcing channels.
• Submit consultant profiles to Tier-1/Prime Vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients to generate regular requirements.
• Understand consultant skill sets, availability, location, visa status, and preferences to identify suitable opportunities.
• Negotiate bill rates, contract terms, and placement conditions with vendors and clients.
• Coordinate interviews, follow up for feedback, and ensure timely communication with consultants.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / US IT Staffing.
• Strong understanding of US IT staffing processes and hiring models such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Knowledge of US work authorization categories including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, and USC.
• Strong vendor/client relationship-building and networking skills.
