Walk-in || Beauty Trainer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop curriculum for beauty courses offered by the salon.
  
• Evaluate trainee progress and provide feedback to improve their performance.
  
• Provide beauty training to salon staff on various services such as activation, beautician activities, hair care, hair styling, makeup, waxing, facials, and cosmetics.
  
• Collaborate with other trainers to ensure consistency in training methods and quality of service delivery.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective training delivery.
  
• Ability to develop engaging lesson plans and course materials.
  
• Strong knowledge of beauty treatments including activation, beautician activities, hair care, hair styling, make up, waxing, facial, and cosmetics.
