- US Banking Process Voice Support
- Domestic Banking Process Noida (Day Shift)
- Team Leader Noida (Minimum 2 years US Banking TL experience)
- UAE Online Banking Premium Voice Process (Minimum 2 years Voice Support Banking experience)

Candidate Profile:
- Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
- Graduate preferred; freshers welcome
- Flexible for rotational/night shifts (24x7 setup)
- Organized, multitasking, and detail-oriented
- Prior BPO experience is an advantage (mandatory for Team Leader & UAE Premium Voice roles)
