Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Processing: Handle and process client transactions, including payments, transfers, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to back-office operations.
• Data Management: Maintain and update client records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) procedures.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing controls and procedures to prevent errors and fraud.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows and client satisfaction.

We are looking for candidates with 1+ year of experience in Banking Backend Operations for an exciting opportunity in Bangalore.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the banking industry.
• Experience in Banking Backend Processes/Operations is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be flexible to work night shifts.
• Comfortable working with rotational week-offs.

Job Details:

• Role: Banking Backend Process Executive
• Location: Bangalore
• CTC: 3.2 LPA
• Take-home Salary: Approximately 23,000 per month
• Shift: Night Shift
• Week Off: Rotational
• Employment Type: Full-time
