Job Purpose

To drive life insurance sales through the Axis Bank branch network by building strong relationships with bank staff, identifying customer needs, and providing suitable insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing bank branch staff and customers to drive business growth and customer retention.
• Generate insurance business through the assigned Axis Bank branches.
• Identify sales opportunities through customer interactions, leads, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
• Conduct customer meetings and provide financial protection solutions based on customer needs.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Build awareness and engagement among bank employees regarding insurance products and sales opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Life Insurance, Banking, CASA, Loans, Investments, Mutual Funds, Wealth Management, or direct sales preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
