Role & responsibilities

• Prepare cakes, custards, chocolate desserts, and other bakery items.
• Prepare toppings, creams, fillings, and dessert decorations.
• Follow recipes and maintain consistent taste and quality.
• Ensure proper food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
• Manage ingredient preparation, storage, and stock.
• Operate baking equipment and maintain kitchen tools.
• Ensure timely preparation and presentation of desserts.
• Assist in developing new dessert recipes and menu items.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain freshness of products.
