Walk-in || Background Verification Specialist

About the Role
HelloVerify is looking for a detail-oriented Background Verification Executive to manage end-to-end employment, education, address, identity and reference verification processes while ensuring quality, compliance, and client SLAs.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end background verification checks as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates, employers, educational institutions and vendors.
• Validate documents and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Ensure SLA adherence and timely case closures.
• Follow up through calls and emails to obtain verification responses.
• Identify discrepancies and prepare investigation notes.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and data privacy standards.
• Support quality audits and process improvement initiatives.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum years of experience in Background Verification, KYC, Operations, or related domain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good MS Excel and email etiquette.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
