About the Role
We are looking for a driven Backend Sales Executive to manage and support the sales process for international clients. This role focuses on lead , client coordination, CRM management, and Pre -sales support working closely with the Backend sales team to ensure smooth deal closures and client satisfaction across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound leads for international clients via email and CRM tools
Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team to move prospects through the sales funnel
¢ Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and follow-up communications
¢ Maintain and update CRM (Odoo) with accurate client and deal data
¢ Coordinate with clients across different time zones for scheduling Meetings.
¢ Track sales pipeline.
¢ Research target markets/companies to build and enrich prospect databases.
Requirements
¢ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
¢ 14 years of experience in backend sales, sales support, or inside sales (international exposure preferred)
¢ Strong English communication skills (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
¢ Proficiency in CRM tools (Odoo) and MS Excel/Google Sheets
¢ Comfortable working with international clients
¢ Strong organizational skills.
