Walk-in || Backend Operations Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end back-end operations for Unsecured Loans and Two Wheeler Loans.
• Handle loan processing, documentation, and system updates efficiently.
• Perform reconciliations, payment authorizations, and backend operational activities.
• Coordinate with RPCs and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and discrepancies.
• Ensure timely closure of pending cases, exceptions, and operational gaps while maintaining smooth workflow.

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Graduate from any recognised institutions.
• Proficient in MS Office.
