Job Description:

1. International Outbound Calling / Cold Calling Prior experience engaging with international prospects, preferably across the Middle East and Europe.
2. Secondary Research Skills Moderate proficiency in researching companies, industries, decision-makers, and business opportunities.
3. Excellent English Communication Skills – Strong probing, questioning, and convincing skills are essential for engaging with international business stakeholders.
4. Professional Email Etiquette – Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with external stakeholders, senior decision-makers, and business owners.
5. Client & Stakeholder Presentation Skills – Ability to present information clearly and confidently to clients and international stakeholders.
6. Team Player & Adaptability – Willingness to collaborate with teams and work flexible shifts based on international time zones.
7. MS Office Proficiency – Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
8. International Trade Knowledge – Understanding of import/export processes, international business, and trade practices will be an added advantage.
9. Arabic Language Skills – Spoken knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage, particularly for Middle East-focused assignments.
10. Commercial & Consultative Approach – Ability to understand a company's business model, identify relevant decision-makers, ask meaningful business questions, and assess whether a prospect represents a genuine business opportunity
