Azure Databricks Junior Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Azure Databricks Developer with 7-10 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in building scalable data engineering solutions on the Azure cloud platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, Spark SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Data Lake technologies for developing modern data pipelines and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines using Azure Databricks.
• Implement large-scale data processing solutions using PySpark and Spark SQL.
• Develop and maintain batch and near real-time data integration workflows.
• Work with Azure Data Factory for orchestration and scheduling of data pipelines.
• Integrate data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Develop data transformation, cleansing, and aggregation logic.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Databricks workloads for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and reporting teams.
• Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and best practices.
• Support migration and modernization initiatives on Azure Data Platform.
