Walk-in || Automation Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Identify manual and repetitive processes and convert them into automated workflows.
• Automate processes across Audit, Accounting, Tax, Compliance, Administration and Internal Operations.
• Build AI-powered workflows, tools and AI agents.
• Implement solutions for document processing, data extraction, reporting, email automation, client communication and knowledge management.
• Integrate AI and automation with applications such as TallyPrime, Zoho Books, CRM, Excel, Google Workspace and other cloud applications.
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting using Excel, Power BI and data analytics tools.
• Explore and implement new AI tools to improve productivity across the firm.
• Train and support team members in adopting AI and automation tools.
