Walk-in || Automation Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Build workflows, business rules, and platform integrations using ServiceNow scripting and Flow Designer
• Automate repeatable second-line IT support activities using ServiceNow, PowerShell, Power Platform, and APIs
• Design proper logging, exception handling, and monitoring for all automated solutions
• Test automations, resolve errors, and ensure production stability
• Document technical solutions and support smooth handover to BAU support teams
• Collaborate with service operations and production support stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

ServiceNow Automation Engineer

Experience Level

• 45 years of total, relevant hands-on experience
• Prior exposure specifically within the Banking domain is strongly preferred

Must-Have Technical Background

• Hands-on ServiceNow ITSM development not just admin-level exposure, actual development work
• Strong ServiceNow platform architecture understanding
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and Flow Designer
• Practical experience building workflow automations, not just configuring out-of-the-box features
