9. Calculate the total mileage and determine the fair market value of the vehicle

at the date of loss, ensuring the insurer pays the correct settlement amount to

the lender

10. Verify proof of insurance provided by lender, ensuring fair settlement and

accurate calculation of lenders payable amount

11. Review submitted documents for completeness and accuracy. Calculate claim

amount, assess borrower eligibility for settlement
