Role Summary:

The Associate will support day-to-day fund services operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, client requests, and reports while adhering to defined SLAs and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily fund services operations as per defined processes and procedures.
• Perform data entry, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operational activities.
• Maintain operational records, trackers, and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance requirements, and audit guidelines.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

• Only BCom or MBA freshers are eligible.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
