Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of retail stores, including sales floor management, inventory control, and customer service.
• Participate in soft skills training programs to enhance communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Perform various steward activities such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining store appearance.
• Provide vocational training to develop technical skills related to retail operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role or industry (retail).
• Diploma/B.Tech degree in relevant field (e.g., Computers).
• Strong understanding of basic computer applications and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent English language skills for effective communication with colleagues and customers.
