What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling Customer Queries: Assist customers through outbound calls regarding policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, and claims.
• Explaining Policy Details: Clearly communicate insurance product features, coverage details, and available services to customers.
• Resolving Concerns: Address customer issues efficiently to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and build trust.
• CRM & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
• Collaborating: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex customer issues and maintain high service standards.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Proficiency in English and Tamil preferred).
