Walk-In Drive | Associate, Wealth Management Operations
Incedo Technology is hiring professionals for the position of Associate, Wealth Management Operations in Gurugram.
The role supports investment data and performance reporting for US-based wealth management clients. We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in investment operations, portfolio reporting, performance reporting, capital markets, or financial services operations.

Position: Associate, Wealth Management Operations
Experience: 1 to 3 years
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: Gurugram
Shift: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Working Days: 5 days a week
Key Responsibilities
Collect investment manager statements from portals and emails
Execute daily investment performance reporting activities
Measure the performance of investments, portfolios, and asset classes
Prepare datasets covering asset allocation, portfolio holdings, and portfolio performance
Compare investment performance against benchmarks and peer groups
Prepare quarterly investment manager commentaries and analytical updates
Coordinate with investment managers and internal stakeholders
Update SOPs and support process improvement initiatives
Required Skills
Experience in wealth management, investment operations, portfolio reporting, or performance reporting
Knowledge of global capital markets and investment strategies
Exposure to equities, hedge funds, alternative investments, or other asset classes
Understanding of asset allocation, portfolio holdings, performance measurement, and benchmarking
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to meet reporting deadlines
Comfortable working in a permanent night shift
