Walk-in || Associate, HR

Role Overview:We are looking for an HR Associate with strong Recruitment & Talent Acquisition experience, along with exposure to Employee Engagement and Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and joining follow-up.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, walk-ins, and other channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to close positions within timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and monitor key metrics such as pipeline, offers, and joining ratios.
• Support employee engagement activities, events, surveys, and internal initiatives.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding, documentation, HR induction, and pre-joining activities.
• Maintain employee/HR records and support day-to-day HR activities and initiatives.

Requirements:

• 34 years of HR experience with strong recruitment exposure.
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR/recruitment tools.
• Proactive, people-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
