Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in

International Customer Care, Voice Process, Inbound & Outbound calls working experience,

International Banking, Bereavement Support, Retail Banking and

International Life Insurance, Corpoarte Pension

- Graduation is mandatory

- Excelent communications skills.
