Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage agency development activities to increase sales performance.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with tied channel partners (agents) for life insurance products.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through field sales efforts.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in BFSI sales, preferably in health insurance or general insurance.
  
• Strong understanding of agency channel management principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with agents.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
