About Rwenzori Process Pvt. Ltd. (RPPL):
We are driving circular economy solutions by transforming plastic waste into premium recycled materials (rPET). As we expand our commercial team, we are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to accelerate our business growth and build strong industry partnerships in the green-tech and sustainability sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales Growth: Expand the B2B client network and actively drive revenue targets for rPET solutions.
Key Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term partnerships with brand owners, converters, and industrial buyers.
Market Intelligence: Identify emerging market opportunities, monitor competitor trends, and penetrate key growth segments.
Commercial Closing: Oversee complex negotiations, contracts, and long-term supply agreements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales / Business Development.
Industry Preference: Candidates with direct experience in Plastics, Packaging, Polymers, or Waste Management/Recycling will be given preference.
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, strategic account management, and excellent communication.
Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or Polymer Engineering.
