Job Description:
Compass Group (India) Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Property Manager Electrical to be the single point of contact for electrical, UPS, lift, and plumbing operations at a large commercial SEZ campus in Bangalore. Reporting to the Manager – Electrical/Block Manager, you will own day-to-day technical operations, vendor and AMC coordination, statutory compliance, and reporting to ensure uninterrupted, safe, and well-documented facility services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of transformers, DG sets, chillers, pump rooms, and lifts
• Act as single point of contact for UPS systems, lifts & escalators, and plumbing/water management across the block
• Coordinate AMC and non-AMC vendors; review service reports, invoices, and technical submissions
• Conduct daily walkthroughs, raise/close CAFM tickets, and maintain log books and checklists
• Coordinate the 52-week PPM calendar and Annual Shutdown Maintenance (ASDM)
• Liaise with BESCOM, CEIG, and KSPCB for statutory compliance, audits, and licence renewals
• Resolve tenant-reported operational issues and support fire drills/emergency response
• Prepare daily reports and inputs for Monthly Management Reports (MMR)

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5–8 years' experience in electrical/facility operations, preferably in commercial real estate, SEZ, or large campus environments, including team supervision
• Working knowledge of DG sets, transformers, UPS, HVAC, lifts, and fire safety systems
• Experience with AMC/vendor management, PPM scheduling, and CAFM tools
• Strong statutory compliance awareness and reporting skills
