Assistant Personnel Manager HR | Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day personnel and HR operations for staff and workers.
• Handle manpower planning, recruitment, joining, induction and onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, shift and personnel documentation.
• Manage PF, ESIC, labour law and statutory compliance requirements.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing and attendance data with the accounts/payroll team.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace issues.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS and manpower-related dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies, standing orders and labour regulations.
• Coordinate with department HODs regarding manpower requirements and employee performance.
• Support training, employee engagement and welfare activities.
• Handle contract labour/workmen-related documentation and compliance.
• Conduct employee counselling and support retention and employee relations.
• Assist in performance appraisal, confirmation, transfer and promotion processes.
• Maintain proper documentation for ISO audits and internal HR audits.
• Coordinate with management on HR policies, manpower cost control and workforce planning.
• Ensure proper implementation of safety, discipline and company rules at the workplace.
