Job Overview

CriticalRiver Technologies is hiring Assistant Payroll Managers with strong experience in End-to-End US Payroll Processing. We are looking for professionals who can manage payroll operations, support accounting activities, and work effectively in a US business environment.

Must-Have Skills

• End-to-End US Payroll Processing
• Experience working on ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll platforms
• Payroll compliance, tax withholdings, deductions, and reconciliations
• Books Closing & Accounting: Assist with month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and payroll-to-GL matching
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge
• Willingness to work in US shift hours (Hybrid model)

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Any Graduate
• Exposure to month-end closing, journal entries, and payroll accounting
• Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods preferred
