Walk-in || Assistant Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop embedded firmware using Embedded C/C++ for 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers.
• Develop motor-control firmware for BLDC, universal and induction motors.
• Implement PWM generation, speed control, soft start, overload protection and motor diagnostics.
• Develop peripheral drivers and communication protocols including UART, SPI, I2C, USB and CAN.
• Perform board bring-up, hardwarefirmware integration, debugging and validation.
• Use IDEs and debugging tools such as STM32CubeIDE, Keil, MPLAB, JTAG and logic analysers.
• Develop interrupt-driven software, state machines, RTOS-based applications and bootloaders.
• Perform unit testing, functional validation, root-cause analysis and code optimisation.
• Maintain technical documentation, version control, code reviews and MISRA C compliance.
• Support product risk assessments, DFMEA/SFMEA and applicable electrical appliance safety standards.
