Role & responsibilities

• Streamline inbound logistics by managing supplier coordination and GRNs.
• Manage workforce operations including shift planning, roster management, and real-time manpower adjustments.
• Drive efficient inventory management through strategic item placement, location mapping, and regular stock audits.
• Supervise order fulfillment by overseeing picking and packing processes to ensure accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain loss prevention standards through rigorous damage handling protocols.
