Walk-in || Assistant Manager For QA/QC

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end execution of construction projects.
• Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Review project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet project timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, material planning, and resource allocation effectively.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and MIS for senior management.
• Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.
• Resolve technical and operational issues to ensure uninterrupted project execution.
• Mentor and guide project engineers and site teams to achieve project objectives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong expertise in project planning, site execution, budgeting, and contract management.
• Experience in handling residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work across project locations as required.
