Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and job specifications for Sales positions.
• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on the job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database and professional network.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and contribute to team goals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Sales / Business Development.
• Candidates from Banking, Insurance, or Real Estate industries will be preferred.
• Candidates interested in transitioning their career from Sales to HR / Recruitment are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work from the office in Navi Mumbai.
