Job Description: Assistant Centre Manager

Location: Chandigarh
Experience: 25 Years (Healthcare preferred)
Salary: As per experience & assessment
Qualification: MBA / Equivalent; MBA Hospital Administration preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle patient interactions and resolve grievances.
• Coordinate with doctors and paramedical staff for smooth operations.
• Ensure proactive and responsive service to patients.
• Manage staff grievances and duty rosters.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Support patient addition and centre marketing activities.
• Manage patient data and work on the Ayushman Portal.
